Happy Valentine's Day!
This week we have some 1/4 mile repeats if the paths will allow on Monday.
Wed we have 3 to 4 miles with one hill.
Saturday we have 12 miles or some will be in the 8 to 9 range. What ever you need to do for your training we will love to have you join us for any part of the run.
Great job to all runners who raced this weekend or got in their long run!!

ReplyDeleteI will be there every day this week, woo hoo! And I'm planning on doing around 4ish miles on Saturday morning if anyone would like to join in that distance.
