Congratulations to Jim Lawrence on his first 1/2 Marathon this last week end. He finished strong and upright!
Sorry to get this out a bit late. We went to TRIA last night and it looks like Jim probably does have a cuboid stress fracture like we thought. He is scheduled for an MRI Thursday morning.
Wednesday is a 30 min. steady run.
Saturday is your longest run yet. or Warm up slowly, then 10X800 meter repeats.
We plan to hold whatever your 1/2 marathon pace is for each one,(NO FASTER). 1min walk in between. Then a good cool down.
You all have been working so hard toward your goals, stay tough, and smart too!
Next week is the TC 1 Mile let me know if you are running it.

I will be trying out my new shoes on a treadmill tonight. Planning to come down Saturday morning, but would like to try to do 11 miles since I missed the miles last week.
