Training from the 10th to the 17th

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all had a fantastic 4th of July vacation. This weekend we have 17 miles or whatever you have on your list. Monday will be a 4 mile recovery run with cadence drills after warm-up. Jim and I will be out of town for my Triathlon the Saturday of the 17th. 4x1mile repeats are the scheduled run.

Jim is doing better but is getting anxious to do some training.

    Brooke, Alexa, Meghan, Erin and I will be meeting at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 14 at Minnehaha Falls (near the parking lot in front of Sea Salt). The intersection is Godfrey Road.

    Brooke and I plan to do 7-8 Miles, not sure what others have planned but come join us if you are looking for a change of scenery!

  7. I'm resting this week after having some bursitis issues, but I'll be running Sunday as that marks one week of rest if anyone wants to meet that morning with me!
