Week of 12-14

Hey Crazy Minnesota Dwellers,

Well, the weather has certainly all got us thinking... what to wear? When in doubt, add a layer you can shed if you need to. Something for your face is important at least for the first 1/2 mile until you warm up.
Monday: 6:30@RR- Left along Isles, 5CD & 5ACG along with our circuit training.
Wednesday: 6:00@RR- Left on Isles and then 4hill repeats and our cool down back to the store.
Saturday: 8:00 @Whole Foods 5 miles and 10 miles or whatever you need to do.

Remember, your resistance bands for Monday.

Carpe' Diem and don't forget to invite your friends they don't know what they are missing!

  1. I will be there tonight, but I don't own a resistance band, so I will just make due. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
