Week of Dec. 7th and Colder Weather

Hello Friends,

This week we have 4 CD&ACG finishing with our circuit training which everyone seems to be loving. We have 3 hill repeats on Wed. and then 4 or 10 miles depending on what group you are in.

The important thing this week is we are not used to the cold yet so we need to warm up a bit before we go out and dress in layers. For the long run it is important to dress a bit warmer yet, because you are not running as fast and you are out there a bit longer.

  1. Please remember to have warm dry clothes to put on afterwards.
  2. Dress in layers that breathe.
  3. Bring a neck warmer, hat and mittens.
  4. A light if you have one.
  5. A resistance band if you have one.
  6. Always warm-up and cool down well.

  1. We will not be there tonight, and are questionable for Wednesday (weather dependent, seeing as Dean is only now starting to feel better).
